General Terms and Conditions
1. General
The general terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, apply to all our purchase contracts. These GTC are considered to have been accepted upon placement of an order for a product from our collection, at the latest.
Our purchase and delivery terms and conditions apply to all written, telephone and online orders and are accepted every time an order is made.
2. Object of the contract
All products designs and price offers are subject to change. A purchase contract is only concluded when written order confirmation is sent by email. If the ordered goods are not available, the seller has the right to not deliver the goods. Likewise, we reserve the right to withdraw from the sale if products are clearly wrongly advertised and labelled with incorrect prices.
3. Prices
Prices are given in Swiss francs. Prices do not include legally applicable swiss VAT (7.7% VAT). The shipping costs are invoiced separately and mentioned during the purchase process. We reserve the right to modify our product's prices.
4. Payment
Items can be paid for in Switzerland by PayPal or TWINT.

6. Delivery time and scope of delivery
We only deliver our product to Switzerland. Worlwide shipping will be soon available.
Items marked "In Stock" will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days.
Items that are not currently available will be ordered from our producer.
You will be notified of a delivery time. It may be the case that such items can no longer be delivered. If so, the item will be deleted from your order, and you will be informed by email and if possible offered an alternative item. Payments already received will be refunded.
Depending on the delivery circumstances and after confirmation from the customer, partial deliveries may take place, unless the order confirmation explicitly states otherwise.
Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages.
Claims for damages due to delayed or non-delivery are excluded.
7. Cancellation policy
You can return products bought from us within the return period. Please send us your cancellation notification (return request) in writing by email at info@greenland-golf.com within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. The deadline will be considered to have been met if the return request is sent within 14 days.

When the customer exercises the right of cancellation, the purchase contract becomes a return contract whereby the services rendered as part of the purchase contract must be reimbursed. If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods promptly in their original packaging in good conditions.
We ask you to enclose a copy of the delivery note. This will allow a quicker return process.
The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods.
We will refund your payments immediately upon receipt of the goods via whichever payment method you used to pay (within 5 days).
We reserve the right to deduct compensation for any damage or excessive wear and tear from the refunded purchase price.
We do not accept returns of the following products:
Goods made on bespoke from customer specifications (e.g. customised by embossing or printing processes).
Returns Procedure
If there is any doubt about whether a product can be returned according to the right of return described above, please take note of the below points in order to avoid having to pay compensation.

Please pack the returned goods appropriately.

Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged and clean.
The goods can be returned by a shipping company selected by the customer or free of charge directly at the address of GREEN LAND GOLF ARN.
After the goods have been received, GREEN LAND GOLF ARN will check the products and decide whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit note (or, if desired, an exchange) can be given. Your payment will be refunded within 5 days via the same payment method as the original payment.

Goods can be returned free of charge directly to the GREEN LAND GOLF ARN address. Please bring the delivery note or the order confirmation to help us identify your order.
8. Retention of title
All delivered goods remain the property of GREEN LAND GOLF ARN until full payment is received.
9. Warranty
If we accept that there is a defect in the purchased item, we are entitled to rectify the defect or to deliver a replacement, at our own discretion. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of delivery. The warranty provisions of the respective manufacturer apply. Any further claims of the buyer are excluded, irrespective of the legal grounds.
10. Electronic communication
You agree that contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.
11. Data protection declaration

12. Printing and data errors
We accept no liability for possible negligence regarding printing and data errors in our advertisements and/or on our website. We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect pricing, or mistakes in illustrations, product descriptions, or other texts such as e.g. vouchers, discount campaigns.
13. Image rights
All images are owned by GREEN LAND GOLF ARN or its partners. Use of images without express permission is prohibited.
14. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is 2542 Pieterlen for both parties.
15. Final clauses
If any individual provisions of these conditions are invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid provisions will be replaced by valid provisions that are as close as possible to the intended purpose.
GREEN LAND GOLF ARN reserves the right to amend the GTC and the other provisions of the contract at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in an appropriate manner.
